You can capture all towns and locations, with only a few exceptions which will be added later.

Kill the leader(s) in a town to capture them. Check the TOWN INFORMATION discussion to see what you need to do to take a town. Also, you can post info on a town there and I will add it to the top thread.

Make sure the people you are trying to kill are dead, and not just wounded. How they die is irrelevant.

All mods that change existing towns might not work.

All mods that drastically change world states might have problems.

All mods that change existing characters might cause problems in rare cases.

Make sure this mod is on the bottom of the mod list in the launcher!

When importing a new game, there might be problems with duplicate towns, but I think I have eliminated the problem.
If this occurs, please do let me know what mods you are using, which town was affected, what the duplicate town is called, and did this happen during a load, an import, a save, or simply just walking off and returning.
